At thecybernav, your 3D models and personal data are treated with the highest level of care. This policy explains how we handle your information throughout the process — from quote to delivery.
2. What We Collect
We only collect what we need: your 3D files for manufacturing, your name and email for your account, and your address for delivery. Nothing more.
3. How We Use It
Your files are used only to fulfill your order. We do not use your designs for training AI, marketing, or any other purpose. Our team only accesses your files to ensure they print correctly.
4. How We Keep It Safe
Files are stored with encryption on AWS S3. Access is limited to our core team. We use Resend for secure email communication.
5. Cookies
We use cookies only to keep you signed in and your library accessible. We do not use invasive third-party tracking.
6. Physical Security
Your printed parts are handled only by authorized staff. Files are archived or deleted after production, based on your preference.
7. Your Files, Your IP
You own everything you upload. You can delete any file instantly from your dashboard. We keep transaction records only for legal and tax requirements in Egypt.
8. Your Rights
You can request a full list of data we hold, ask us to delete everything, or get a copy of your order history at any time.
9. Age Requirement
Our service is for users aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
10. Policy Updates
We update this policy when needed. Continued use of our service means you accept the current version.
