How we safeguard your intellectual property and data

1. Data Commitment
At thecybernav, we treat your 3D models as sensitive intellectual property. This protocol outlines our commitment to ensuring that your designs and personal data remain confidential and secure throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.
2. Information Safeguarding
We collect only the essential data required for industrial fulfillment: CAD files (STL, OBJ, etc.) for manufacturing; identity data for billing; and logistics details for delivery. All model data is used exclusively for quote generation and production verification.
3. Utilization of Data
Your designs are processed solely to fulfill your specific orders. We do not use your proprietary geometry for machine learning, public marketing (without consent), or internal research. Our staff accesses your files only to ensure printability and quality.
4. Secure Infrastructure
We utilize AWS S3 for military-grade file encryption and Resend for secure communication. Your files are stored in an encrypted state and access is restricted to our core engineering team.
5. Session Control
We use essential cookies to maintain secure sessions and ensure your CAD library is accessible only to you. We do not use intrusive third-party tracking that compromises your privacy.
6. Manufacturing Security
Physical security at our Egyptian facility ensures that printed parts are only handled by authorized personnel. Post-production digital files are archived or purged according to your preference.
7. IP Retention
You maintain 100% ownership of your files. You may purge any model from our servers instantly via your dashboard. We retain transaction records solely for tax and legal compliance in Egypt.
8. Your Rights
As a professional partner, you have the right to request a full audit of the data we hold, demand total data erasure, and receive a copy of your transaction history at any time.
9. Age Eligibility
Our professional manufacturing platform is strictly for users aged 16 and older. We do not intentionally process data from minors.
10. Protocol Evolution
We update these standards to align with evolving international data laws and Egyptian digital regulations. Continued use of our facility implies acceptance of the current protocol.
